Can i hang in the wall?

Most definitely cannot be mounted on the wall, no way of removing the screws to do this so very badly advertised

Is it possible to unscrew the flip that goes over the door so that it can then be stuck flat to a wall?

Yes, the door brackets are fixed with two cross head screws each, through from the front of the backboard. If you remove the screws, you will be left with four holes which you could use to fasten the board to the wall.

can you remove it to put over other doors?

Im not sure exactly what u mean but it only hooks over the top of the door on large hooks that do not stop the door from closing. Its free to move from door to door and does not need any fixings. Hope this helps
