I bought these out of sheer desperation, I had braces bonded a few days prior to this purchase and I had a number of spots on my inner cheeks and upper lips that were rubbed almost raw by my brackets. So I sucked it up and figured this might actually work considering what they are charging for the product…OH BOY WAS I WRONG. O used just as directed and honestly I would say the patch stayed in place for less than 2 hours. Just so sad that this was so misleading about how is especially designed for interior of the mouth. Save your money!!!!!
