I liked this more than I expected. The audio quality is a little tinny, but it's loud and clear. I haven't heard what I sounded like on the receiving end, but I used it for a 7-hour shift, and everyone seemed to hear me just fine, in an environment with a lot of competing noise, without requesting any repeats.I like the design of the earpiece because you can hear it very well without it plugging up your ear, so you can still hear ambient noise; however, the way it hooks onto my earlobe was pretty painful after using it for several hours.

I really wanted to like this headset. It’s comfortable on my ear and the sound is good and I liked the mike button. But unfortunately I got to use it one time before the mike button quit working. And the headset is all but useless to me if I have to unplug the radio everytime I want to use the mike.
