Why do all the model pics of this tank require them to raise or distort their shoulders? Are the straps too long and fall off the shoulders?

I don't have a problem with the straps falling off the shoulders but I have a large chest (32DDD). Some reviews suggest that if you are small chested, the straps might be too long.

Almost 5’3 w 38b and 29 inch waist, I would like this fitted but not snug. What size?

All I can do is tell you my size… I wear a 32C bra… And I weigh about 125 pounds and the extra small was perfect… Also I’m about 5’8” tall

IWhat is the material? Looking for 100% cotton or cotton/spandex.

Mine says cotton/polyester/spandex.
