Great idea! The biggest problem with standard pegboard hooks is that they are flimsy and come out when removing an item. These screw and lock securely. I love them and will be replacing dozens of my regular fastemers with these DuraHooks.

well made hook however the screws did not fit my metal Lowes pegboard.

I use a HUNDREDS of this brand with Wall Control pegboard, in various configurations, in an industrial environment, where people slam tools in place and yank them out. Only the 12" pry bars (placed in some) break them. They are fine for everything else. However, I wish the holders with rings (like this one) were more malleable, to better fit tools of varied diameters (screwdrivers, awls, pry bars with handles). I have to vise-up a Spud Wrench and then beat the hoop over the tapered end of the Spud Wrench, with an open wrench and dead blow hammer, to get the hoop to open up the hoop precisely to the desired diameter. And the enlarged hoop usually ends up to be slightly off-center.

This is a great product for the metal peg board. The screws are a little loose when installed and that allows the Durahook to move around slightly.

These single ring hooks are strong and versatile. I like that they allow for individual placement of screwdrivers and other tools on pegboard, allowing for more flexibility than a rack. They are thick and install strongly and easily with the provided screws.
