This is my first time using a crystal nail file. I have to say it is much better than than normal nail files because it consistently gives a smooth trim without getting blunt. Its easy to clean and the box it comes in comes with a cloth to wipe it down. I especially like the protective case for the nail file as it allows you to keep it safe.I started growing my finger nails for learning classical guitar and keeping your nails trimmed and shaped is an important aspect for clean and efficient guitar playing.

File works exactly as advertised, had it for a few weeks now and it’s great. The case however is extremely cheap and lightweight.

Beautifully boxed and a perfect file. Stylish case to protect and keep it in. Double sided which is a bonus and so easy to keep in good order by simply washing it under the tap to remove nail dust and make it as good as new again and ready to go! Highly recommend this file to everyone.

Bought to have with me on the go when I notice I need to shape my nails.This file works well, quickly shapes nails and comes in a handy case. I’d only had it a few weeks when my handbag was stolen (this was inside) so will now be buying another to replace it - an additional expense (and replacing much more that was inside) but this file is such a good price and I need one, I’m happy to pay it again!Great stocking fillers for friends!

Comes beautifuly presented in a box that contains the nail file in a case, information / guidance and a cloth (although I'm not sure what this is for, there's no information on this).What's let this product down is the carry case is all scratched in places and upon opening it and taking out the nail file, I could see some marks on the front and side of the nail file and big scratch on the back.As this is supposed to be a brand new item, I'd expect it to be in prestine condition, so it was disappointing to find it wasnt.Regarding the performance of the nail file, I'm not that impressed. I've had a Swarovski nail file before and it was fantastic, this nowhere near meets the same quality so I expect it's not a genuine crystal product. The surface appears dull and doesn't file the nails down with half as much ease and I wouldn't say it leaves clean edges either.I was hoping that I'd find another great nail file to pop in my bag when I travel but I can't say that this fits the bill.
