I almost never write reviews, but I’m making an exception with this one. I was extremely reluctant to buy this. I finally pulled the trigger because I had rewards built up that paid for most of it. At the time of me riding this review I’m about nine weeks into a carnivore lifestyle. I am still struggling with insulin resistance and was typically getting a reading of a .6 to .8 for ketosis. The first time I took this about an hour or so later I took my readings and I was at 2.5. My energy was high. I took it in the morning so later that evening when I had dinner, I took it again and it was at 1.8. This only stays in your system for a couple of hours, but it tells your body to start making ketones. I can personally say that my results every time I’ve taken this have been close to it 2 to 2 1/2 and my evening results before dinner or normally around a 1.5 to 1.8. I don’t currently exercise although I know it would help if I did I don’t fast and I’m sure it would help if I did. This is still pretty pricey for me, but I do feel like it’s worth it because it is getting my body to produce ketones.

I have been practicing the ketogenic lifestyle for almost ten years. All of Dr Boz products are the best and deliver great results. This product is great for adding to sparkling water for a quick midafternoon pick me up if keto food is not available. Great for traveling!

It’s hard for me to know if this works or not as I am unable to gag it down. This is beyond sour. I admire anyone who can actually drink this. It is very pricey for the outcome.

Wanted this to work as it clearly has for others, alas no joy. No ketones for me but LOTS of pucker! I must have pucker wrong or maybe too much. We’ll never know.
