The fabric is light, may show what you are wearing underneath. That belt is not included in case you wondered. A bit tight for the size, but it's kinda elastic so you won't suffer with it, advice to get one size bigger if you're looking for more comfort than snug fit.Haven't tried it in wet weather yet, hope it dries quickly

Bought these for evenings on a summer holiday they fit really well and are very comfortable. I bought the white shorts you have to be a bit careful what you wear with them as they are a bit transparent
