I didn't feel any benefit، its just wast of money

I open 2 caps and put into my morning coffee. Within an hour or so I am aware of the effects of the Lion's mane as my mental activity becomes sharp. I feel good and energized telling me the whole blend of mushroom powders is quite potent and effective.
