I use the new liquid version along with a non-abrasive dish brush but I’m sure the original powder would work as well. **Q: Does the handle get hot when cooking ?** A: It does NOT get hot. **Q: In the questions it says these are Teflon free, but do they use GenX chemicals?** A: I don't know if They use GenX chemicals but I wouldn't buy it again. I returned my set.
