BUT You don't get the tactile feedback of a beater making contact with a surface, pad or head. You also don't get the feel of a firmly closed hi-hat. They are however, fairly robust and appear to be able to hold up over the long term. I decided one thing after playing for a few days using these. If you want to go this route with any headless pedal you have to adapt some new playing techniques. **Q: Will this work with yamaha dtx-multi 12?** A: I am not sure if it would work on Yamaha products. I would almost no, it won't work. But if you are using as a kick pedal, I didn't like the "action" of it. Hope that makes sense. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Compatible With NUX DP-2000 *by J***B on 30 June 2026* Bought this hi hat controller specifically for use with a NUX DP-2000 electronic multipad. Sturdy steel manufacture, superb feel and control, with very generous splash pedal travel control. It works perfectly with my Alesis original Crimson kit, and far better than the original Alesis pedal. I’ve bought a second for my other kits as I was so impressed with the first! ## Frequently Bought Together - PDL-HH191 Footswitch Hi-hat/Bass Drum Pedal Beaterless Silent Pedal For PD705/PD708 Sample Pad, 1 Pack - HXW PPS-75 Electronic Mounting Stand With Plate For Percussion Instruments Sample Pad/Drum Pad - LEKATO Percussion Sample Pad, Electric Drum Pad with 9 Velocity-Sensitive Drum Pad, 592+ Sounds, Electronic Drum Set Pad Multipad with MIDI out, USB MIDI, AUX, Looper, Metronome, Trigger inputs --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/520307949-pdl-hh191-footswitch-hi-hat-bass-drum-pedal-exclusive-pd705](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/520307949-pdl-hh191-footswitch-hi-hat-bass-drum-pedal-exclusive-pd705) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-18*
