Just like the gym
I bought this as my gym membership ran out. I wanted a TRX ability at home and this fits the bill. I hang it over a door and it works great. You just have to move away from door about a foot.

Only as strong as the weakest point
Overall, the fabric straps seem to be well made. The weakest point of this set up are the two metal carabiners that are sewn into the bands and the mounting system.After maybe 15 uses, they have completely warped so that they no longer close. This seems like something the company could replace for a higher quality carabiner that will not fail. Since they have warped, it makes the straps unsafe without the ability to close and fear they might fail at any moment.

Better design and for LE$$!
TRX straps are great. This is the same with no logo AND a better, less likely to scratch door strap. Glad I read the reviews. Happy to see these are superior for less $$$!

These are great for any age
Pro is anyone can do this exercise even sitting, they are lite and easy to do, work whole body in different ways. ONLY con is it has to be anchored to ceiling to really trust leaning and putting your whole body weight out there to be safe. There is attachment to use the door to anchor as you shut it but I feel it can hurt the door.

One strap not sewn on clip side.
Good quality overall for the price. Rated it a 3 star because one strap on clip side was not sewn. Being I have a sewing machine I took care of it. If I didn't have the ability to sew it I would of returned.

Total ripoff
Was not anything like shown. No wall hanger no support straps total junk. Wouldn’t hold my 65 lb granddaughter much less myself.

Hilarious
Haven’t even used it. Straight out the box the instructions say to use a wrench to tighten these bolts into the wood.Clearly that’s not happening.Bought 1.50 worth of lag bolts and we are in business. Seems to be working just fine.

This looked like a good deal, but still waiting for delivery.It seems it was lost somewhere. Got reimbursed from Amazon.
