This item is very tasty and very little sugar.

I grabbed these because I wanted a crunchy, higher-protein snack that wasn’t full of junk. And Catalina Crunch hit the mark—great texture, nice savory flavor, and a decent spicy kick. There’s real cheese crisps, chickpea bits, and nuts, and each serving packs 10g protein and 5g fiber. What I liked: • Crunchy and satisfying – not chalky or weird like some low‑carb snacks (lots of people agree) () • Nicely spicy – not over-the-top, but definitely enough to make you pause and drink water. Loved it • Low sugar, keto-friendly – perfect for when you want a crunchy treat without the carbs  What I didn’t love: • A bit pricey – about $1+ per ounce, which is way more than the Chex Mix I grew up on • Spice isn’t for everyone – if you’re ultra-sensitive to heat, go mild or be prepared with your drink nearby Final take: If you’re into high-protein, low-sugar snacks and enjoy a little spice, this is a fun and satisfying option. It’s more of a “treat” than something you’ll eat every day—especially at this price—but for movie nights, snack breaks, or post-workout munching, it hits the spot. I’ll probably repurchase when I’m craving something flavorful and filling.

I was excited for these snacks to arrive. When they did, I opened up a bag and ate the whole thing! The bags were a little small for me, but that did not stop me from trying the variety packs. I loved each one and the crunch did not stop until the bag was gone. It was a good value for the money but I want to see biggere bags for the money. The protein content was fine but can always use more cashews or other nuts to make me feel fuller. I will order them again because I love the taste. 5 Stars Earned from me.

I’m celiac and I’m obsessed with the cheddar! They’re all fantastic, the honey mustard is a little sweet. Thank you, Catalina crunch for making an amazing gluten-free snack mix!

Just ok, pricey

These are a bit too yummy! Portion control was an issue! 🤦‍♀️I did not care for the ranch, but every other flavor was awesome and I liked being able to try them all. Each flavor has a different mix of crispy pieces and nuts which is nice for variety. The spicy is my favorite, but the honey mustard one was also great. Will re-order.

They’re very good; great flavors my favorite is the spicy one; a perfect snack for when you crave crunchy and salty. 1 bag lasts about a week for controlled portions. Good price for this type of snack, good variety.
