Very sturdy and sharp peelers. They are very heavy gauge metal units that should last a lone time.

Wow! I've only used dull ones my whole life, and this peelers are super sharp! Also great for peeling the hard skin off of ginger too!

Love these. I was so sick of those cheap plastic ones where you get one stubborn potato and it breaks the metal insert off. That has happened to me multiple times. Hopefully its not just me. But this product solves that by being all stainless steel so that isn't a problem. They are very sharp (as the side of my forefinger as found out on occasion) and they work really well. Best off all, I could probably put them in the dishwasher in an emergency, I usually just rinse them off in soapy water and let them airdry.
