What is the measurement from the front of the faucet to the edge of the mat? I am trying to see if this will have overhang into my sink.

1 1/2" with about 1/4" adjustability by moving the mat forward or back withing the faucet opening.

Can this product be cut to accommodate a pipe sticking up?

I was able to modify mine to fit around my sink.
