My husband hates needles. Even the sight of them freak him out. These safety needles are very small and the needle is kept hidden throughout the whole process.

I'm using the needles for insulin injection with an insulin pen. I've noticed not all insulin is delivered into the body, some units remain outside the injection site and inside of the needles protective cap. For example, injecting 6 units and about 3 units don't get delivered. The needles don't fully retract into the protective cap after use, so you can still get pricked accidentally. I would not recommend these needles.

Am in health care and use insulin pens a lot. These work good. My Lantus does leave a welt for a few minutes. I have a person that gets 40 units Lantus he doesn't like it. Works good with novalog.

I like small design and nice shape of these Safety pen needles. They are Easy to twist on and remove from a pen. Injection is very soft and work well each and every time. The needle is always shielded so you cannot hurt yourself accidentally. I will buy them again.I have used several other products from medivena as well. All have excellent quality.

Once installed it leaks and sometimes after injecting insulin is all over the safety .

I noticed a change for the worse in my last two orders. The pink plastic insert is now green. It has become more difficult to screw on the pen and the cap is very tight at removal. Overall, NOT happy. Low price is the only plus. If they thought they were improving the product, they missed the boat totally.

I bought these to replace another product that does not ship to my area. Although the price is good, quality control seems to be lacking. The pink indicator ring around the needle is in different positions as can be seen in the photo.
