I bought this duvet protector for my dog’s bed, as she has gastrointestinal issues and often gets sick in her sleep. Washing her duvet every time was becoming a real hassle, so I decided to give this protector a try—and it’s been an absolute lifesaver!It’s super easy to just strip off the cover and the protector, leaving the duvet underneath perfectly clean. It does take a bit longer to dry because of the plasticised waterproof layer, but that’s a small price to pay for how well it works.I will say, since it’s designed for incontinence bedding, if a human were using it, it might feel a bit rustly due to the plastic coating. But for our purposes with the dog, it’s been perfect. It’s durable, does exactly what it promises, and has saved me so much time and effort. Highly recommend!

Bought to cover a duvet for one of my dogs item not as I expected but I can't comment as to whether it is fit for its correct purpose

Not a crispy sound out of it and sits very well under a quilt cover.Eldery person has problums sometimes with keeping hold of a cup sometimes and is bed ridden so this came in very handy to keep from having to wash the whole quilt every time there was a spill. and there have been a few spills of liquid on top of this and it protected the quilt perfectly.

At first all seemed well although the fabric does look thin and not strong so worried about rips but after 6 months it's still OK. Having changed quilt today I found the quilt wet and realised that it's resistance to liquid isn't as good as expected. I carried out a test using tap water and it did sit on the fabric but once I touched the area from the underside it simply leaked. My reason for purchase was to protect quilt from getting wet due to my son bed wetting but being autistic he does have accident whilst sat on the quilt which basically results in penetration of the protector. I will have to search for an alternative.

I bought this cover to protect my daughter's duvet from bed wetting accidents. Firstly the cover made the duvet uncomfortable to sleep under, it made the duvet cover puff up and move around not to mention the crackly noise. Most importantly this was not at all waterproof. My daughter slept on top of the duvet one night and unfortunately wet, it not only went through the top layer of the cover but all the way through the duvet through the so called protector and on to the mattress. Complete waste of money and annoyingly I bought 2.

Bought to place an old duvet in for my dog before putting inside a dog bed cover. It’s quite thick and has a decent sturdy zip on it, it looks and feels like it will last a good while. It helps to keep the duvet clean and stops it from smelling. It rustles a bit but both me and my dog have gotten used to it

Slightly noisy at first but after a day or two it was much better. Keeps the duvet nice and dry, feels soft and is very comfortable and easy to wash. Just take care when drying to make sure water isn’t trapped inside.
