which is the actual box size? I want to delivery it somewhere in Europe and the thickens is the problem.

I don't know the actual dimensions, but delivery anywhere isn't a problem. I have sent these as gifts all over the world

I only had 1 ink cartridge i read that it has two. What end on the cartridge dose the ink come out of ?

Concerning only receiving one ink cartridge, we may only recommend contacting the seller for more details . As for how to insert the ink cartridge, the end of the cartridge that is darker in color and has a small cylinder "fixed" to the end is the end of the cartridge that goes into the front end of the pen. You may also reference the "Care" page on our official Parker website for further support.
