Fine but not so much relief I feel. It takes too longer to get relief. Cooling effect is okay easy to use but it takes time.

My go to for any kind of deep muscle pain, not just period cramps. While it doesn’t completely kill pain, it does help to make it far more bearable! I have recommended it to lots of people, and they’ve all loved it too!
