I connected in the right side but I don’t remember exactly is in the middle or right side

what is the voltage? Does this need a separate circuit breaker, or is it recommended?

It can be mounted on any wall. But its not made to be recessed into the wall. The cord is about 3-4 feet long it buts out decent heat plenty for a bathroom.
