Griddle griddle griddle, I love you!This griddle has been used and abused in my house and its still coming back for more.I mean we use this every day and all I can say is it is fantastic to use. Especially with steaks. The high heat setting lock in the juice and flavour of the meat. I use it for everything from steaks to bacon sandwiches and burgers.I fully recommend this item. It is hard working and will not let you down.Just be prepared to give it a litlle love after cooking. What I mean by this is clean it properly. I do this with a proper burger van scraper at first to take all the lumpy stuck bits and then I apply a little oil again and rub it with a sponge. after I will wet the sponge with soapy water and wipe until clean. Then just wipe down with some scot (paper) towels. Yes the cooking surface will discolour a bit but what would you expect after cooking on high heats.

I love this addition to my kitchen and wouldn’t be without it again….. personally my best ever purchase from Amazon!! Take the time to season properly (YouTube for how?) and you’ll never look back!!

kan you tell me how i clean my hot plate as theres rust on it :(

Now just burns everything.would not recommend.left it to long to return.
