Can you believe since I hatched them last year I’ve only had to buy 2 bags of these! Granted they are bantams but they eat so much! I’m surprised how long one bag lasted during the winter. At the bottom of the bag there was little to no dust content, the health of my birds can be seen through their bright and clean feathers, comb and waddles. I haven’t tasted myself lol but my flock seems to can’t get enough. So I’d say they love the taste. Good value for money. Before I moved house I had another flock of black copper Marans and they were eating this too. When should I start using this type of food?** A: You should start mixing crumb with growers pellets at 6 weeks of age, by 8 weeks they should be on grower pellets.
