All natural, effective and affordable
I have 50 years experience of dogs. Showing/breeding/rescue/training/grooming. So whan I ended up with one of these deformed dogs which seem popular with a short nose, bulging eyes bulldog X Staffy, I knew his ear canals would be deformed too, prone to infections and irritation because dust, grass seeds etc, get caught in wax, which, unlike normal dogs, can't be got out of the ear canal by the dog shaking his head. So I discovered the bugalugs range which was everything I wanted from an ear cleaner. Natural ingredients, gentle, effective, not tested on animals. I bought several of the bugalugs options from eye drops to soothe those bulging eyes, wrinkle cleaner, ear drops etc. I've used them for 2 years and can't recommend them highly enough. I have 6 dogs in total. 5 are normal healthy, long nosed, then there's my Puddin'. I've kept him healthy for 2 years with the Bugalugs range of products. My Puddin' lives on a smallholding and plays all day with his big hairy lurcher brother, so dust bits, grass seeds from the hay, bits of pollen etc could be an issue in his ears or eyes. But not with smething from the Bugalugs range. The price is very reasonable too. If you have a deformed dog, get some of these ear drops to keep his deformed ear canals, clean and healthy and smelling clean.. It'll save you money in the long run when you don't have to see a vet with problems you could have prevented with something from the Bugalugs range. I *never* recommend anything I haven't used myself and found to be a good product.

Good stuff. Use with cotton wool pads.
Good stuff that seems to work. Cap part unscrews to open a small hole for liquid to come out of. Good design for controlling how much comes out and not losing the lid with a wiggly dog next to you. I've used round cotton wool pads to squeeze it onto. You can fold into a point to get gently into a smaller dogs ear, and gently pressing in a circular motion cleans nicely. I would be reluctant to squeeze directly into the ear as she's squirmy at first (loves it massaged, once she's got used to it) and I'd worry I might poke/scratch the tip in a sore ear. Also there's a risk of it directly touches the outer ear canal where you have inflammation and/or gunk, of transferring bacteria back in next time you do it. A cotton wool clean pad soaked in the drops can be squeezed to release enough to penetrate into the ear. I'll be buying this again. We're on day 5 of doing daily. She's stopped head shaking and scratching, and seems to find it soothing. Getting less gunk each time. Will reduce frequency or stop when stop getting gunk on cotton pad.

Effective for Routine Ear Care — Worth Trying
I’ve used the BUGALUGS Antiseptic Ear Drops on my dog as part of a regular ear-cleaning routine. The product is easy to apply, and the bottle dispenses a controlled amount without mess. It has a mild scent and didn’t cause any irritation, which is a plus. While I didn’t notice dramatic changes overnight, it did seem to help reduce scratching and odour over time. It’s marketed as anti-fungal and antibacterial, and while I can’t verify the full extent of its effectiveness, it appears to support general ear hygiene well. The 200ml size is generous and should last a while, especially for multi-pet households. Overall, it’s a decent veterinary-grade option for maintaining ear health, though for more serious infections, I’d still consult a vet.y

Wish we had found this sooner
My dog has suffered for years with yeasty ears, cockerpoo, with small and very hairy ear holes. This product has attacked the smell near enough over night, massive improvement within days. The liquid doesn’t seem to bother him and it’s keep the build up at bay. Wish we had found this sooner as we have tried lots of different products and this one has been far the best at working at tackling his problematic ears .

Didn’t clear yeast
This product will help clean the ear but will not clear a yeast problem. The only way we stopped the yeast was by excluding chicken from our dachshunds diet.

Effective and useful for slight ear infections
It’s a good way of easing the discomfort for your dogs ear and cleans it well, seems effective and helps with the smell and infection of the ear. I recommend it but if your dog has a persistent infection you should seek vet’s advice.
