Simple to use
Good product, but fitting wise to the regular SWR PVC pipes is a little challenge as it fits a little loose. However, to the price and quality provided, this is the best product with double filter provision.

Fitting issues
Went by the reviews. Personally I think product is good. On fitting the transparent lid is sitting obliquely. Projecting on one side at the lower end and with a gap on the other side. It also does not stay shut. Hope rats don't get in. I have used broad rubber band to keep it shut. Hope others didn't encounter this problem. It rained the very next day, heavily. The filter worked really well. A lot of muck was filtered out by the curved filter. Smaller particles were held up in the dock like second filter. Cleaned both in flowing water. Water did not splash out of the gap in the lid. On reviewing the fittings again, I think may be it's a plumbing alignment error that caused the gap in the lid. So benefit of doubt to the product. I am leaving it as it is, as it's woking fine. I am revising my 3 star rating to 5. Would recommend it. Maybe the mistake my plumbers did was the fixed the pipes first, and then maybe squeezed the filter to fit, causing the gap.

Poor quality
The quality of the filters provided inside the rooftop rainwater harvesting unit is very poor. Both the bag filter and the normal filter are of low quality, and they do not even last for one year. They need to be replaced frequently. Please provide good-quality, durable filters that can withstand regular use and last for a reasonable period.
