Best faucet ever! - Update 3: Better than ever!
Update 3. I put the little green piece back in, without the O-ring. The water flow was actually TOO strong without it.UPDATE 2: Water flow restored, better than ever. Here's my fix (many thanks to BATHLAVISH Email Support):1) Turn off the water. 2) Carefully pry out the little hot/cold emblem on the front of the handle. Behind that is an allen-head (2.5mm I think) set screw. 3) Loosen that set screw until you can - with some force - pull the handle off the top. 4) Unscrew the dome-shaped trim piece on top. Mine came off pretty easily. 5) Unscrew the hex-nut piece from the rest of the faucet; I used a pair of slip-joint pliers. Now you will have exposed the cartridge. 6) Pull the cartridge up and out. Look down into the faucet, and you'll see 3 holes - the top one will have a little green insert with an O-ring in it. This little green piece is the culprit: when the valve is open, water enters the chamber through the bottom 2 holes, and goes down through the little green thing and out the spout. The little green piece can get clogged. 7) CAREFULLY (if you want to reuse it - more later) remove this little green piece. I used a small pick hook. If you plan to reuse it, take extra care not to damage it, although I don't think a little damage will much matter, as long as you can re-seat it. 8) If you turn the green piece over, you'll see it has holes around the perimeter - this is where the water flows out. It looks to me like the O-ring reduces the water flow, and if sediment clogs those holes, it can cut the flow to a trickle. I left the green piece out entirely, reassembled the faucet, and now the water GUSHES out if I open it all the way. You could try removing the O-ring and cleaning out the little holes, replacing the O-ring, and reassembling everything; or you could leave the O-ring out and put the green piece back without it. I didn't experiment, but I suspect one of these three options will give you the desired water flow. So 9) Reassemble everything, turn the water back on, and try it out.----Looks and works great!About a year in, flow rate has steadily dropped - water flow is very low now.

Beautiful but a bit tricky
The media could not be loaded. The faucet is beautiful and technically it brings everything you need to set it up. My husband ran into a few challenges installing it but I do not blame this company. We have a new home (3 years of being built) and our sinks have new contractor grade features that we didn’t realized until we were trying to install this faucet. Even following the instructions step by step we had to run to Home Depot and get a few extra things: two adapters for the houses, plumbing tape and plumbing putty (even though the instructions specifically state not to use it). It took us two separate half days to complete installing this faucet in one restroom. I believe that if we would’ve installed this on our older home that was built 13 years ago we wouldn’t have any problems with it.After following the instructions we realized that the water lines didn’t match our water output, hence the need to purchase adapters and there was water coming down from the drain. This is when we decided to use the tape and the putty. Problem solve. We love the look of it and the quality of the faucet and now that we know how to install it we will be buying two more for our master bathroom. We are going for a modern farmhouse with lots of white and black and this faucet is simply perfect. Highly recommend!

Looks good. Installs easily. Needs improvement.
The faucet is a nice style with its waterfall flow. Removing old faucet definitely takes longer than to install this new one. It came with a tool to tighten the retaining nut on the bottom which makes this a lot easier.Improvement that needs to be done is the filter or o-ring inside the faucet. Either it gets dirty and clogged or the o-ring gets compressed which will restrict the water flow to almost a trickle. The solution of removing and cleaning out this green filter works but the problem will repeat. I ended up leaving the filter in but removing the o-ring. Trying to find a different size o-ring to make it work better.

Waterfall Faucet
The media could not be loaded. This is something I never knew I always wanted. I am so glad I went with this choice. I love the aesthetics of the matte black finish it goes nicely with the black hardware in our bathroom. It was easy to install and clean. I have been using it for a month and have had no issues.

Beautiful, easy to install, and feels cool
I got this today and already installed it. It was very easy. The hot water and cold water lines are even different colors so that they are easy to remember which one to attach. It comes with everything you need in the box, and is simple and quick to screw in. I didn't even need any tools, accept a wrench to tighten the bolts but could have done without it too.It is excellent quality. Heavy duty and sturdy and well made. When screwed together, it doesn't wobble or anything. The whole family has been washing our hands all day because the water coming over the waterfall feels so lovely. It's both wide and flat, and just a joy to touch. That probably sounds weird, but you just have to experience it.
