Delicious for homemade pizzas
The best gluten flour for pizza! It rises so well and actually is chewy and crispy at the same time. Just follow the recipe on the bag and it comes out perfect every time. I can’t go back to any other gf flour for pizza! Delicious!

A great gluten free replacement for pizza crust!
Remember this is gluten free! Does not taste the same as pizza made from wheat flour. That being said, it does make a very good pizza. The directions are easy to follow and compared to some gf products, it’s a good value. I do miss that crispy chewiness (that only gluten can provide) of real pizza crust, but I’m grateful to have a good pizza again. Will continue to use this product.

Best GF Pizza Mix
12/10 recommend. First pizza mix or even pizza in general that I couldn’t tell was gluten free. It actually looked, tasted, and had the texture from what I remember.

Love this stuff
My husband has celiac and this is what I use to make him homemade pizza. He says it tastes the closest to regular pizza of all of the things we've tried so far. It is very sticky to work with so follow the directions on the package. It makes 2 small rounds or one big sheet pan sized pizza. Wet hands are easiest to get it to the thickness you desire and I find it best to par bake before putting toppings on. I happy I can order as I sometimes find it hard to find locally when I need it.

Little hard to work but really nice gluten-free pizza dough
Y'know what? King Arthur comes through again. This actually makes really nice gluten-free pizza crust. Just follow the recipe. It can be a little sticky and somewhat harder to work with than regular gluten pizza dough, so be gentle when rolling it out. I'm still in the process of figuring it out myself. But the results are very nice.

Contains wheat
I got very sick after eating this because it contains wheat but it is gluten free. I didn’t know that was a thing until this product. I have a wheat allergy and get hives, flushing, massive stomach issues, aches, inflammation etc etc if I eat wheat. Lesson learned just because it’s GF doesn’t mean it’s wheat free. It made a delicious pizza though and I was so happy until I got sick and had to retrace what I ate to figure out what made me ill. Just a reminder to always read labels even if it says gluten free on the front! Edit—I’ve found the most amazing pizza crust recipe using King Arthur all purpose flour (gluten and wheat free). It’s similar to making regular flour pizza crust except you whip it in an electric mixer. It makes amazing fluffy crust. My husband and kids agreed it was as good as the regular flour pizza I made for them (and I’ve gotten good at making pizza over the years). Recipe is on their website

The best I've found
I found myself looking back fondly at some amazing focaccia I'd made in the past but now would make me feel icky. I picked this up with low expectations to give it a shot and it blew me away. I made a focaccia with toppings and the pizza dough on the bag and both were amazing. Lots of olive oil underneath gives it an amazing bottom crunch that reminds me of Jet's pizza and a local chain I grew up by where I'd get Pizza Nuggets. A deep thick airy crunch. The dough also has a great bite. To be honest, and I know it sounds corny or cliche, but I like this better than regular pizza dough. Even regular pizza dough can be crappy, but this stuff is like always as good as the GOOD kinda regular pizza dough. Granted, I've only made it twice in one week but both times I've been super happy. I measured by weight, which is what you need to do anyway to be consistent with baking, especially with gluten free which is probably less forgiving. The bag seems to have two more pizzas left in it for me, and for the $9 I got it for that's cheap in my books. Even at the regular $13 I'll still be getting it. I guess regular flour is a lot cheaper but KA is high quality and also the end product I've never matched before. But now I need to be cautious because pizza 3 or 4 times a week isn't the greatest for my health 😅 I like the dough so much I think I'm not going to bother with toppings all the time and make a more plain focaccia. Just smear some tomato paste a bit maybe and olive oil and seasoning, maybe olives. Then get some yummy red sauce to dip it in. But less veggies is even less healthy 🤣 oh well. One night a week then. Or two.

Delicious taste, perfect texture. Can't believe it's gluten free!
If you are gluten sensitive and you like to make your own pizza and you hate frozen cauliflower crust, this is nirvana! It does contain gluten free wheat product so, celiac people should check with doctor or Dietician but, this makes the most delicious pizza crust. I have really missed making my own pizza from scratch and this gave it back to me!
