Bad quality
Absolute rubbish. Came crushed and it’s the actual hat is so flat and shallow it won’t stay on. I requested a return but you have to pay for your own postage so I would only get half the money back. Avoid!!

Ok
Arrived folded in just a bag but flattened after steaming with the iron. It is a large fit & I have yet to find a way to wear it best. Inside adjustment too shallow to work. I wanted to change the ribbon placement to make it fit better but the current black ribbon is stabbed through - not threaded, leaving untidy damaged holes in the straw!
