The capsules are empty...the whole box weighs like feather....not a reputable brand as now foods. Will never buy anything from this brand.

Seems to work well. I do take a combination of supplements for fuller and thicker hair. My nails are every strong.

I do not think it benefits my hair at all after taking it for 2 months.

I've gone through an entire bottle and am now on my second. These pills are well-made, easy to swallow, and the amount is an INCREDIBLE value for money. I haven't found a better deal anywhere. I've also noted the cuticles on my nails have gotten healthier. But I bought them for hair results and haven't seen any changes in that department. So if you're looking for this product to help hair health, it's less clear.
