can it pair it too two phones how many?

I have a pair and I can listen with my left ear from my phone and listening with my right ear to something on my laptop so it is possible because I can listen from phone and my laptop at the same time one on the right bud and one in the left bud so tinker with the because I know it's possible ! I tried to get intouch with Sony to let them know but never got a response back ! I let my friends and my hear that each one was playing something different so I didn't think I was crazy ! Is there a lag when watching video on a computer?

If you do not have Bluetooth 5.0 or newer on your computer then will experience more latency than you would if you had bluetooth 5.0. I've had truly wireless bluetooth 4.1 headphones and they had a ton of latency. They also just might not work outright if you don't have a bluetooth 5.0 host device.

what do you mean by accessories are generic? will the charger case and ear buds be generic?

It means the box it comes in and the packaging will be generic.
