Its a personal thing I guess.
I find this pick suits me, it seems thick enough to single pick when playing lead, and also you can strum a cord or two. If you hold the pick mid way you don't get much slap, and using the old trick you can use this pick using a corner bend of the pick where its held for a more firm picking, playing lead. Good value.
