**Q: Will this convert my 3 bolt road shoes to 2 bolt mtb??**
A: I bought them to turn a pair of road shoes (3 hole) into shoes I can use on a atom bike, they have spd clips.

**Q: do i need to buy an spd cleat as well or is this all in one ?**
A: All in one, they fit like a normal cleat, but have a spd clip.

### ⭐ Design flaw

On my first (and only occasion) using this product, my shoe was jammed in the pedal. The gap between the cleat and the adapter platform has a gap that can get locked on the pedal. The gym spin-bike maintenance guy was the only person able to remove the shoe. First use and a certain fail. I don't recommend.

It seems to be good, high quality but for me it was impossible to put off my shoes from the pedals so it was quite risky (actually I had to take my feet out of my cycling shoes). Basically I had to remove them from my shoes to stay alive...Good product Idea no performance results.
