Not sure i feel any difference taking these. Moringa Extract Powder is supposed to promote reduced inflammation, improved blood sugar control, lower cholesterol, and better digestive health. I am in good health generally, but i guess prevention is better than cure.Packaging: come in a well packaged bottle which is sealed for freshness.Size: The tablets are medium sized tablets (a bit on the larger side) and easy to swallow for me. I have 1 per serving with water.Ingredients: this supplement has 500mg of Moringa Olefeira which is a generous amount.Quality: they are made in the UK, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) approved.Effectiveness: since taking these i can't honestly say if they have made any difference.Value for money: they are not bad value for money as they are organic, and you get a 2 month supply (120 tablets, 1 a day).Ease of Use: They taste a bit fishy/herb like, I just swallow them with water as quick as possible, and there is no aftertaste that i have noticed.I have felt no extra energy taking these.

I am a supplement junky, and a person who, like me, takes ten or more pills at a time needs clear labels! Even the ingredients list on the label is clear, unlike so many others I struggle to read. If the caps on these bottles were made of metal instead of plastic, they would be perfect.Here we have sixty capsules and are asked to take one a day, so enough for two months.I love that this supplement is organic. I read on the ad.: "The organic inspection body code number: LU–BIO–04". I have not come across this before. The capsules are green, and as the ad. claims they are free from artificial colourings, this must come from the moringa leaves. It is also claimed that the capsules are "ethically sourced". I would like to know more about this. I am happy the capsules are made in the UK and GMP certified. They are vegan-friendly.Some reviewers have commented that some moringa supplements are cheaper, but organic, high quality products are obliged to be dearer. We can also hope that the effects will be more reliable.
