We built the company on one simple premise, customer total satisfaction. We put our money where our mouth is and sell products without the traditional tie in to contracted services. Customers then are free to stop the service if we are not performing to their expectations. We develop our own system and Apps and evolve and update the solution to stay at the forefront of technical innovation. At the time of writing, we support 45000 devices and sell 2000 devices per month. The staff are experienced and friendly and always go the extra mile as shown on our online reviews. Although you purchase a physical device that’s not really the product. The tangible daily interaction with TruTrak is with the App and website. We listen to our clients and add new functions to these constantly. The combination of all these aspects has led to the prestigious award from What Car magazine of “Best Buy Tracker Award” and Auto Express awarded us 4.5 stars in their magazines review. Whether its for your business or for personal use we can provide exactly the tools you need at an amazing low cost with flexible terms. It is not advised as all our services, support and updates rely on us being able to communicate with the device. It would not affect the cost either as Top Up will still be required to access the service Yes our devices can be moved simply & the tools to change the vehicle name are in the App, you can also simply call in & we can change it for you We are UK based and will respond to incoming communication right away. See our reviews on support issues Yes this is not a problem the Tech Team can do this No, the service is a fixed cost for all clients No as the device does not have a call centre behind it to notify the user and is not linked to the Police. However, there are alerts in the system to notify you of certain events and users can be set up for the Police if required. We will also liaise with the Police if requested Yes, 24 months on each device, simply return any non-working device & we will turn it around the same day. Water ingress, fire and malicious damage however is not covered How does a TruTrak GPS Tracker work? Our TruTrak system offers real-time location updates on your tracker, equipped with an inbuilt GPRS and GPS system, aswell as a pre-installed SIM card. How can a GPS Tracker help me? I feel really really confident I could find my car if it were stolen , we all know the police ain’t interested . I’ve also set up a geofence so I’m notified if my car leaves an area I’ve set . You can also monitor battery volts and set up a lower limit so you will be notified if that’s reached .I would advise professional installation as any volt drop would give false alerts and may affect reliability .Very impressed and very happy with this bit of kit too . *****+ ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An easy to use Tracker *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 4 February 2024* Appears to be an excellent purchase ## Frequently Bought Together - TruTrak Pro - FMB920 GPS Vehicle Tracking Device - Van Motorbike Coach Car Tracker - Pay as You Go - Self Install - 12 Month Bundle - SafeTag Mag 4G – Rechargeable Magnetic 4G LTE GPS Tracker, Car, Van, Motorbike, Caravan, etc. 34-195 Countries, 90 Day Standby, Real Time Tracking and Alerts, 7 Day Free Trial+SIM Included, UK Company - TruTrak Pro NEW - FMT300 4G GPS Tracker - Real Time Vehicle Tracker Device - Van, Motorcycle, Caravan, Motorhome, Tractor, & Car Tracker - Pay As You Go, 12-24V Self Install Including SIM & Data --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/519667807-trutrak-pro-fmb920-gps-vehicle-tracking-device-van-motorbike-coach](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/519667807-trutrak-pro-fmb920-gps-vehicle-tracking-device-van-motorbike-coach) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-11-03*
