Extremely difficult to use
You have to screw the to have of the grinder together you may as well grind it by hand and then there is a Square that sticks up in the middle of the half of the grinder that is connected to the motor that keeps you from putting the two halves together if you have material in the middle of the lower half of the grinder that funnels the product into the cones the product would be in the way of that square protruding up in the middle of the half of the grinder that is connected to the motor. It is very difficult to put the two halves together and when it feels the cone it is not packed tightly in the cone so the cone is soft and bendable which is not good for smoking I am not happy with this device because of these reasons it makes it very difficult and hard to use it takes forever to produce one smokable product! I do not recommend this product it was a waste of my money. I did not return it because I believe it would be a hassle. DO NOT BY THIS GRINDER IT'S A PEACE OF JUNK !

Terrible, might as well do it by hand
Heres how this works. You add material to the grinder but it will be too big so you will pre-grind by hand. You add the cone to the cylinder only to see it is much too short. Finally get the grinder together, set it on top and hit the button and it will immediately start to unscrew itself. Stop the grinder, pre-grind by hand some more and screw it on tighter. Start the grinder and a small amount will get into the cone the rest gets stuck inside. Pull the grinder apart completely to empty the stuck material. See that the cone is half full and repeat everything again. At this point the cone is about 3/4 full and you say screw it and go to pull the cone out but it is unreachable. Try to get a hold of it for a few then finally flip it over and dump most of the cone out. Finally you repack it all by hand.

I had such high hopes 🥺

Doesn't grind well
You can't put enough material in it to fill the cone. Can prepare my own faster. Does not "grind" at all has to be broken up before.

NOT good for arthritic hands
So I purchased this item with great hope. I will not name the other one, but I had the other one (x3) and the same part kept breaking on it. I was DELIGHTED when I found this one -- I thought maybe that one tiny part isn't an issue with this one.First let me say that the motor/grinder part feels pretty sturdy. The part where the cone goes in, is a lot sturdier than the other brand, but still a problem.Grinder -- with arthritic hands, you have to screw and unscrew the top on and off to insert your "spice" - when the ends of your fingers are numb, it is difficult to do this task, because if you don't get it lined up properly and it goes on crooked, then it gets stuck. ALSO, after having one of these (and other hand operated grinders) they get filled up with "spice dust" which makes it difficult to screw things on and off when the dust gets into the grooves.Cone filling: NOT GOOD -- first, it does not go all the way to the bottom (filter area) which makes the joint flimsy near the filter if you don't pack it down in there before starting. Then, you have to tap or pound the device to get the spice to exit the grinder -- does not like to do it on it's own very well. ALSO, it doesn't not necessarily fill it to the top so you have to "top it up" after you take it out of the machine. FINALLY, I was only able to pack 5 cones (in-adequately) and then it stopped shooting anything out - it was all packed inside the grinder and I was not able to open it to get that out.In summary, it does not do what it is supposed to do without doing extra steps outside of the steps in the process of the machine -- which kind of defeats the whole purpose of the machine.I would not recommend this product.
