High quality, reasonably priced excercise bike
This recumbent bike with arm exercisers is a well-made and functional piece of exercise equipment. It is comfortable, stable and silent in operation. Mounting and dismounting is easy. The seat is adjustable, as is the level of effort. It can be used with or without holding the arm exercisers. It is heavy--weighing about 70 pounds--but with included casters it can be moved on level ground by one person. (Most users won't want to move it very often.) The computer is easy to read and provides the usual cycling-related info including time, distance, calories burned and heart rate. It includes a bracket to hold your smart phone or tablet. Sunny provides a variety of downloadable exercise options on its website, but I haven't tried them. Assembly will take most buyers two hours or more. You will begin by downloading the assembly manual from Sunny's website since none is provided in the box. An assembly video is downloadable to your phone if you want to watch it on a 3x6 inch screen. The parts are all clearly labeled and fit together properly with the included hardware--high quality throughout. The essential tools for assembly are provided but persons with their own metric wrenches will find the useful. Patience and care is required as some components can be assembled improperly if one doesn't follow the instructions exactly. Assembly of the pedals and connecting rods to the arm exercisers is particularly tricky, with multiple washers and spacers that must be inserted in the right order. Once the unit is fully assembled and all the bolts tightened further maintenance should be minimal.

Worth the money
I like the recumbent elliptical. Very comfortable on my back & hips. Very quiet machine & not as large as I envisioned. Good price when compared to other machines like this. The directions for assembly were awful, very hard to follow. Did better when we switched over to online directions.

Baby Boomer Still Loves This After A Year of Use
Purchased in Jan 2024 and have owned 13 months upon writing this. Perfect for my needs and has performed great. I am a 65 YO female, was a strong athlete til 57 or so when life caught up with me -- 2 knee replacements, fibromyalgia, balance issues, arthritis, cervical surgery, and finally a fall off a ladder breaking 2 vertebrae 18 months ago. This machine, along with continuing my PT exercises at home, has been a life-changer. It is comfortable, has been dependable, and is set up right in my family room where I can watch TV to help combat occasional lack of motivation. i do arm exercises w/ light hand weights rather than using the machine's arm devices as I feel I this provides more strength training. My ONLY dissatisfaction is that the machine could use higher resistance for the legs. Even with my health issues I have had this set at the highest level since Day 1. It works for me as I live with chronic pain so I am using it more to limber up in the morning and to build endurance/balance. It has helped with all three, and I thing this a great machine for those who are aging, who are starting a new weight-loss journey, or who have neuro/ortho/auto-immune/balance issues. It may not be enough for higher-level athletes or heavier individuals over 200 pounds or so (hence, 4 stars not 5). I have had no mechanical issues to date using it 25 minutes about 4 days a week. My husband assembled easily, but he is an engineer so.... go figure. Hope this helps somebody out there!! BTW, this is my second mid-level Sunny machine. I also own a small stepper/climber (definitely has more resistance!!), and both have served this ole' lady well :)

Excellent for the price.
I used a much more upscale machine during my cardiac rehab and wanted one like it at home that didn't cost $12,000 so I could split exercise time between it and our treadmill. I wanted to spend less than $1,000 and after reading reviews and looking locally selected this one. After nearly five weeks, using it 4-5 times a week I am very pleased with it. It went together fairly easily. The assembly instructions were overall very good. The hardware package was exceptional as each assembly step was packaged and labeled separately on a large card. Three small boxes held other larger components that were also labeled. Right and Left handed parts were labeled. The only things I would note on assembly is that the diagrams in the directions are small and I had to blow them up with my phone. I found the bolts and washers that hold the stem to the frame that the monitor sets on loose in the bottom of the shipping container for some reason. Someone should have reminded me that just like a bicycle, the pedals have one bolt that is reverse threaded (the left). I wasted some time trying to thread it on the wrong way. Besides that the only really tricky part was attaching the cable that adjusts the tension settings. This is the only place where the instructions could have been clearer. They include tools to assemble and I mostly used them, though I did use a crescent wrench and a channel locks pliers. If you don't have these the included tools work well enough. Beyond these things the monitor is battery powered. As soon as you begin pedaling it comes to life. I'm waiting to see how long the AA batteries that are included last. I am very pleased so far and I am using it regularly. It has relieved the monotony of time spent only on the treadmill. The advantage of this over a recumbent bike is that the load can be shared by both arms and legs. AT times I rest my legs and let the arms do all the work. It seems well constructed and fit together without any real issues. So far, so good. I like it a lot.

It’s better than expected!!!
It’s very sturdy!! My sister loves it because it can be modified to her needs ( she’s on dialysis and is on her third youth!). But I can also use it and make it work for me ! We had to add some cushions for the seat and the backrest because we’re both short legs. The cushions were the solution!!! I used the cushions for the desk chair. Fabulous!! It’s worth the price. My son and his friend put it together in two hours or so. It’s a bit larger than the usual standard stationary bike, but much more comfortable for those who suffer of backache or sciatica pain. There’s no noise so far when using it. The only complaint is that neither my sister nor I can read the digital panel when using it. The numbers are okay but the letters are super small 😢 This bike is also a bit more difficult to move it because it’s heavier than the standard bike, but I can still manage though. And I’m a 125 pound woman.

Sturdy. Quiet. Heavy duty enough for two seniors to do their workouts.
This item is NOT especially easy to assemble. It took me and two talented friends 3.5 hours to get it together. The instructions were very clear and it was very nice that all the many parts were clearly packaged by step. And, it works great. Assembled it in one room. Wheeled it without too much trouble into another when the mat it was to rest on arrived. Arrived in TWO DAYS! So, not much use yet, but it fits OK in the family room where it is more likely to be used, and doesn't take up nearly as much space as I'd feared. They say I have 90 days to return it for whatever reason. But, I can't quite figure out what would be a reason to try and unassemble this thing and get it to fit in the skinny box in which it arrived. I'm glad we like it! Recommended as long as you have a friend (or better two) who can help put it together.

Great Value
I'm on my second of these; they've been just what I want. The first one broke at about 3,000 miles. It was probably fixable but not easily by me (too old and creaky), so I just replaced it. New one is close to 1,300 miles and going strong. Nothing fancy, just a good way to exercise for someone who doesn't get around easily anymore. Good buy for the price.

Sunny Smart recumbent Bike 🚳😔👎
I had my sons remove all of the parts from the extremely large box, and the box was ripped into smaller pieces and taken to the dump, it was too large to keep. It took me weeks to put the bike together, I followed every step in the directions and the last thing to do is to attach seat to main base and the piece is supposed to be bolted to base with extra large bolts and they are placed in pre drilled holes, there was a little pin hole but it was supposed to be a large mm hole. There was no way to attach the seat and then we noticed that the bolts holding the pedals worked loose constantly just turning them. I couldn't ride the bike or use it at all! I called Sunny many times with no response to fix the problem. I could return the bike if I disassembled it and repacked it in the original box! That was the only way to return! I tried contacting a representative from Sunny so many times over probably 6 to 9 months with no response. I sent email with no response. I paid over $350.00 and got a piece of junk!!! It sets in the garage, it is garbage! Don't waste your money

Sturdy and safe recumbent bike
Great machine. Took about 3hrs for me to put together on my own (62yr old female). All components including the spanner’s etc were complete and well set out on a card and diagrams in instructions. When all set up it did have a squeak, but after reading other reviews I tightened all screws and bolts and no noise at all. Very smooth movement with very little noise. All in all I am very happy with this machine, it does me brilliantly and I am using the Sunny app for workouts which I am starting as a beginner and working through them all, the app takes into account your height and weight and calculates exact calories used etc at the end of the workout. I would recommend this machine, it is very comfortable to use as it is a recumbent and safer for backs or for people with health problems trying to do a bit of aerobic movement.

Super Preis / Leistungsverzeichnis
Sehr gutes und leises Gerät.Preis Leistungsverzeichnis passt.Wartezeit war statt 6 Monate dann doch nur 3 Monate.Das Warten hat sich aber definitiv gelohnt, weil ich in der Preisklasse für Ganzkörpertraining nichts Vergleichbares gefunden habe.
