Glue the sticker first on the side of your nails, and squeeze the bubble out in the middle. 4. Cut out the extra part with scissors, then file the nail side with the nail file. 5. Cute but not what I was expecting.
These are really pretty on the paper. They are definitely stickers, but they are pretty good for stickers. I know the design on the model hand shows that set is translucent but I didn't expect all of them to be (the reason for the 4 stars). You definitely need a white polish or clean nail to be able to see the design at all. They are not as long as I expected, I have acrylic nails and they are too short for them.

Misleading Title
Shame on me for not reading further than the title.... These are NOT WATER TRANSFER DECALS. They are stickers. Very misleading title. Buyer beware.
