Tommee Tippee Superstar Weighted Straw Cup for Toddlers, 6m+, 10oz, 2 Pack Leak and Shake-Proof, Antimicrobial Technology

I thought this cup was a great idea and the design is excellent for helping toddlers learn to drink independently. Unfortunately, the quality doesn't seem to match the intended purpose. The cup developed a significant crack after a single drop onto a tiled floor by my one-year-old child. As this product is specifically designed for babies and toddlers, I would expect it to be durable enough to withstand the occasional drop that inevitably comes with everyday use. Sadly, that wasn't the case here. It's a shame because the concept is excellent, but the durability lets the product down.

We've gone through several other sippy cups, and this one is by far our baby's favorite. It is easy to drink out of and leak proof as long as it is assembled correctly. Yes, it has many pieces: the straw with several attachments. However, they are fine enough to clean and assemble once you get the hang of it. My little one loves to carry around the cup by the handles and it holds up well to an active baby. The only issue is that if the pieces for the straw aren't assembled correctly, then you can't drink out of it. However, I still give it 5 stars because our baby loves this cup and once you become familiar with it, it's easy enough to assemble and use!

We started using these cups when my daughter was around 10 months old. Shes 2 1/2 and its still a go to cup for her. You have to put the straw bits together first before putting into the cap, also theres a little rubber button on the straw base that you have to push in, you'll feel/hear it lock in place. If the cups ever leak or baby isn't getting any water out of it just pop off the cap and push that little rubber button back in and itll be good as new. Theyre great cups as soon as you figure out the straw lock in part!

A mí bebé le encantó el diseño así como el movimiento de apertura del popote, a prueba de golpes (y mi bebé en momentos intensos lo lanza muy muy lejos) menos la tapa, que se cae pero fácilmente se lo puedes retirar y guardar para evitar perderse. No presenta fugas y puedes desarmarlo muy bien, desde quitar el popote hasta la base, trata de armarlo como estaba si no, no volverá a succionar o subir el agua por el popote con facilidad. Lo malo es, que si el bebe traía casualmente comida en la boca, este se tapara. Y otra cosa es que tiene zonas de muy difícil acceso para lavar lo cual hace que se acumule hongos a pesar de esterilizarlos y conste que soy obsesiva. Pero en general vale mucho la pena

This is a great starter straw cup. Initially, my toodler had a tough time with these since you have to use alot of suction to use the straw. However, he got the hang of it after awhile. The weighted straw is nice when he was transitioning from a sippy cup and wanted to tip the cup since it helped him get some liquid still about 50% of the time. They are also a pain to clean because of all the parts but it is unavoidable due to the weighted straw. It is durable though and had been dropped numerous times without breaking. And the handles are nice for my toodler and to hook onto the front on the stroller on walks. I would purchase this again despite the cons. It gets the job done.
