Zwilling J.A. Henckels Zwilling Pro Cleaver 38419-183, 7"

I like this cleaver. Not thin as a Chinese ones but it comes sharp and can handle almost any task a knife can do.

Added this to our Zwilling block set. Sharp and great quality. Heavier than first expected, but this is only a sign of quality. Not flimsy.

Amazing Knife, weight and balance is good, SHARP.It went through frozen extra jumbo alaskan king crab legs like butter with hot knife (almost)For tough part (like the crab body), all you need is lift it a bit and let the weight of the knife lead the blade, no need to spend extra effort to chop it. Simply Amazing.
