We bought a 20 ft tumble mat for over $600US in 2023 and used it twice. We rolled it up and stored it in the provided storage bag while we moved and then rehabbed a house. When we unrolled it about 1 year later, it had a hole in it, caused by the air plus putting pressure on the mat. AirMat Nordic will NOT honor the 2 year warranty stated on their website (they replied by email it was only a 1 year warranty and that it did not cover "normal wear and tear"). I'm not sure how using it twice and then storing it according to their directions is normal wear and tear, plus how can they just subtract an entire year off their published warranty period?! I would NOT RECCOMMEND this company that does not stand behind their (expensive) product. What a disappointment for my 13 year old gymnast, who used her own savings to buy this product.

Bought for my daughters upcoming birthday in advance and the first time we inflated the track there was a small hole and it would deflate quickly, had no issues with the 10ft track so very unhappy with the cost and now unable to use the 26ft track
