I received my new straightner in the mail today and let me tell you I am one that straightens my hair everyday. This straightner is great! It has three settings on it, no steam medium steam and high depending how your hair is. I have lots of hair very thick so the plates on it are large which is very important to me. Thanks for this straightner and I can’t wait to order from this seller in the near future😀

So I have really weird thick and thin hair that frizzes no matter what I do to my hair so I took the plunge to buy this steam flat iron and I don’t regret it. I am used to the burnt hair smell after each use of my regular ceramic flat iron but this just saved my hair from total brakage, feels so soft and healthy and I don’t think I’ll go back to my other flat iron. I love this steam flat iron.

I’m buying mine today. Got this for my daughter as a Christmas gift and She convinced me to use it and this thing is awesome! My hair looks healthier and shiny. Love it!

I bought this straightener to try out with the steam, it's great! It takes away the frizzed hair and leave hair feeling silky. This flat iron by far the best for natural hair.

My daghter and I fell in love with these flat irons. But after a couple of uses the water tank would not snap back in place. Sooooo regretfully I had to return them. Scared to purchase another pair.Back to old faithful.

I've been wanting to own one of these for a while now. A hair stylist used a steam flatiron on my hair before and it looked great! So I bought this one. The flatiron is light, and the temperature settings are great. However, I feel like, because of the way the plates are designed for the steam feature, it does not get a good grip of my hair, thus not straightening it all the way through. I have long and thick hair. I was going to return it, but missed the deadline to do so.

Used this for less than a day and the tank broke. Tried to fix the tank, but then it proceeded to break into 3 more broken pieces. This is a good concept, but there are a few ways to improve. Make the tank a little stronger so it lasts, if the tank does break have a replacement that can be ordered, make the overall straightener lighter. This is a heavy straightener. Much heavier than any I have ever used. I would not buy this again.

I loved this flat iron especially for the price and after a year the part that you pour the water into cracked.
