These gloves are a good and comfortable fit. I've used them for cleaning brush for the last three weeks to feel I got my money's worth.

I've spent 2 days working on heavy duty weeding in an out of control flower bed and I've been pleased with the durability of these so far. They are big on my hands, but comfortably so. Not super bulky like the men's gloves I had used previously. The padding is nice, as I've never had padding in garden gloves before. My hands did get pretty hot one day, but it was in the 90s out so that is probably unavoidable. They seem like a good product. I recommend them.

Got these for my husband. He said they were super durable and they fit perfectly. The only thing he dislikes is around the wrist it flares and things can get in it while you're working.

Comfortable durable gloves

Good Gloves for Thorny Yard Work I got these leather work gloves to use for tough yard work, especially dealing with greenbriar. Anyone who has worked with greenbriar knows regular thin gloves are not enough, so I wanted something sturdier with better protection. These gloves feel durable and give a good amount of coverage for handling thorny vines, brush, branches, and rough outdoor materials. The leather helps protect my hands better than basic garden gloves, while still allowing enough movement to grip tools and pull vines. They are also useful beyond gardening, including general construction, outdoor projects, welding-type work, and heavy-duty chores around the house. Overall, these are a solid pair of work gloves and a good choice when you need more protection than lightweight gloves can provide.

I like these gloves, they work out for me quite well. Comfortable for the hands and they provide some warmth if using in cooler weather.

These are excellent work gloves. However, I recommend ordering one size up, so that the glove doesn't sit too tight on your hand ("fits like a glove" so to speak), so as not to restrict your hand's freedom of movement. I followed the sizing chart: my hand circumference measured 9.6" (9-5/8"), so ordered size XL meant for hand circumference range of 9.4"-9.8". Well, the gloves fit okay, but they're kinda tight. I decided not to return them, since I started to wear them immediately for my outdoor project. (After all, they are a wear item and will eventually bite the dust anyway.) But then I went ahead and ordered also an XXL size for 9.8-10.2" hand circumference. Well, these are perfect for my hands - they are slightly loose on the hand, so your hand is not constrained and has full freedom of movement. The adjustable strap on the back of the glove is a great feature, but I don't use it, since I want the glove to be slightly loose. The reason I did not order XXL size initially, was because several years ago I ordered some XXL winter gloves on Amazon. I don't recall using a sizing chart, I just ordered an XXL because I like a loose fit. However, those XXL gloves were humongous even for my hands. So when ordering these work gloves, I was hesitant to order XXL right off the bat. In retrospect, I should've ignored the sizing chart recommendation and ordered XXL from the get go - live and learn.

These gardening gloves are fabulous. Really really strong and perfect for tough jobs. I ordered the large and they fit really well ( maybe a touch too big but I’d rather that than too tight). These cope excellently with roses, brambles and my holly tree. Because they are so thick I have a thinner pair for more dexterous jobs. I really like that you can tighten the wrists so they don’t fall off and the cotton lining is really comfortable. I’ve only used them for gardening so no idea how they perform in welding or any kind of job that involves heat. I’d definitely recommend these for tough outdoor jobs. Worth every penny.
