More of an arm rest than wrist support.
A while ago, I bought a gaming laptop. I soon realised that they tend to get quite hot when the action steps up so I bought a laptop stand/cooler to help it stay cool. This worked well but then I realised that it was really uncomfortable to actually use the laptop's keyboard for prolonged periods because my left arm was being raised about 2 inches from the table and my wrist was bending upwards more than normal. After a while this started to put pressure on my elbow joint. I decided I needed an something to support my left forearm about half way between my elbow and my wrist. Whilst a regular cushion will work it is really too big for this purpose so after looking around on Amazon, I discovered the 'Fellowes Keyboard Wrist Support'. It is about 18 inches long so it will work well for both arms while typing. It is firm and also sort of 'squishy' but never loses its shape. For me provides just the right amount of support to my left arm without being too firm or too soft. I noticed one critical review said it was smelly & sticky. Mine is neither. I have quite an acute sense of smell and I cannot smell anything even when I stick my nose right up to it. The top of it is smooth so your arm(s) can move about without any friction but the bottom is flat so that it doesn't slide around during those frantic gaming moments. I have had the wrist support for two years now and it is has not lost any firmness. On this basis, I expect it to last for many years to come. Some reviews have criticized the support for being too low. I think this is probably because the are using their laptop at something close to knee height when sitting (eg with a laptop on a coffee table). When you are using it at a desk where the keyboard will probably be somewhere between stomach and chest height, it is the correct thickness. In my case in particular, as an arm support, it is perfect.

Great product. Outstanding customer service!
Very happy overall both with the quality of the product and mostly the customer service this seller provide. The item arrived ahead of the delivery date, and it looked and felt great. I already had the mouse pad with wrist support of the same brand/model, which I'd been using for several months, and I was very pleased with it, so I wanted to complement it with the keyboard wrist support. On the next day though, the outer shell bursted and the inner gel spilled. So I contacted Universal Office Product immediately through Amazon, and they were a delight to deal with. They immediately recognised the product was defective based on the photo I sent them, and offered me a replacement at no cost to me. I did not even have to return the defective product or pay any extra postage! I cannot recommend this seller enough (and the new product I've received is working like a charm)! One can only wish more sellers on Amazon offer such 5-star standard of customer service!

Durable if used with care
I wanted a gel wrist rest, as opposed to foam, because this is what I've used before and found them to be more comfortable. The Fellowes wrist rest seems generally okay, perhaps a bit lower quality than I'm used to but does the job. But the plastic outer really is as fragile as other reviews stated - much more fragile than the ones I have used in the past. I'm treating it with the utmost care or else I think it'll burst and the gel will leak, as others reported. For £10 it seems fair value as long as you're prepared to be very careful with it. Edit: I've increased my rating from 3 to 4 stars. Despite my initial concerns, it's lasted well for 2.5 years of almost daily use. I think that's pretty good for a tenner, and there's no sign of it wearing out.

Comfortable and supportive
This replaces an earlier Fellowes wrist support of the same design but a different colour. At 46cm long, it matches the length of my keyboard and fits close against it offering comfortable support to my wrists for long days of typing and I wouldn't want to be without it. Its predecessor was in daily use for 5-6 years until last month when it developed a tiny puncture to one end and the sticky gel filling began to ooze out. I taped over it for a while but it was time to splash out on a replacement and when this one eventually wears I will happily replace it with the same again. Very good quality, a good lifespan of 5+ years and good value for money.

Cool & Comfortable
I've never used a seperate wrist rest with a keyboard before, they tend to be pre-attached with the board when i buy one. But after recently purchasing my Filco keyboard which doesnt have any wrist rest, i was in the market for something like this. And this Fellows one made from gel, rather then foam, caught my attention. The positive reviews for this product helped me make my decision quicker(thank you), and i have to say that they are correct on the whole with their assesment. This is a great keyboard wrist rest, the width & depth of it were more physicaly eye pleasing to me when i saw it in the flesh then reading it off a Spec sheet. It's not so soft that your wrist moulds into it, but it sits gently on top & glides across it. A bonus for me, was that this was the perfect height & size for my new keyboard, which are mostly standerdised in terms of size, so you cannot go too far wrong with a full sized keyboard. In conclusion, the Fellowes crystals gel keyboard wrist support is very comfortable & cool to the touch, the perfect support for a typist or gamer. Reccomended.

Extremely poor quality
I bought my first one of these in April 2013 and found it very well made, durable and serviceable until October 2019 when it somehow punctured (may have been a cat claw that done this!). Anyway, as this had been a great product I bought a replacement on 2nd October 2019 and noticed straight away that the quality had really gone downhill. It wasn't as well made and looked quite flimsy compared to my old one. My observations proved correct!! The replacement split at a seam and spilled gel over my desk and I again replaced this on 18th February 2020. The quality of this new one looked even worse!! Again I was proved correct and found that today (2nd April 2020) the wrist support has split at a seam and has spilled gel over the desk. I am returning it and will not be buying another Fellowes product. I have reluctantly given this one star - it doesn't even really deserve that!! I can't see the facility to post a photo, but will do so later if I can.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ So Nice on the Wrist - Comfy, Stable, and Looks Great
This Fellowes Crystals Gel Wrist Rest is so nice on the wrist - soft, supportive, and perfect for long hours at the keyboard. The gel cushioning feels cool and comfortable, and it really helps reduce strain during extended typing sessions. The non-slip rubber base keeps it firmly in place, even on smooth desks, and the black finish blends in well with any setup. Ideal for both laptops and desktops, whether at home or in the office. Highly recommended if you want ergonomic support without sacrificing style or comfort

Comfortable wrist rest - but prone to leakage
Good wrist rest however I’ve had two of them now and both of them have started leaking at bottom left. Not sure if it’s a weak point or it’s my watch catching it. Either way it’s an Apple Watch with a Milano looped strap so it should definitely be able to stand up to that. I’ve stuck a bit of gaffer tape over it to stop the leak 😂. I had a similar one of these from Fellowes for over 5 years on office desk so when I started working from home it was my go to choice however, it had a more substantial grey metallised fabric covering which was way more substantial. Do your wrists a favour and look for one of those!

ottimo prodotto!
