Great concept for arch support
This arch support is great for use with open shoes like clogs and slides. I had problems waring those style shoes because they really do not provide a ton of arch support. With fallen arches I would have foot pain if I ware them for any extended period of time. These have a hook and loop closer that allows you to put tighten them so that you feel support and again are great for shoes that you would not be able to use traditional inserts in. They fit well with or without socks as well!

Too thick, not comfortable at all
I was wearing similar thing in the past for an arch support and could compare the feelings. These arch support are not comfortable to wear, they cause even more pain. I gave them so many tries, I tried to wear them with my shoes and without shoes, after a minute of wearing them I feel more pain. Can't wear them.

Feet problems
These have the padded ball under your foot which isn't what most people need inside their shoes , the ones that are flat help better

Comfortable to wear, but questionable support
The support straps are comfortable to wear, but the amount of support provided was a little light for me. I think they might be better for others though. I have narrow feet and a high arch. That made the straps a little long to be able to wrap tightly and kept the pad from providing much support under the arch. If I wear these inside a shoe with a solid arch support it does help more, but I tend to wear minimalist shoes. These seem like they would be more effective for those with flatter or wider feet.

Custom fit comfort
I really like the design of these arch support. The wide band with strong velcro really helped make a nice, tight custom fit. As with anything, your experience may vary, but I found they fit my foot well and were comfortable to wear. They aren't that thick, so you could wear them with likely most of your shoes, depending on your foot size. I generally wear them around the house with slippers and find they stay on all and keep my feet happy.

Uncomfortable
After a lifetime of wear soft-soled shoes with no arch support I now have plantar fasciitis. I have started wearing grown-up shoes when I'm out, but still prefer Crocs or house shoes at home. Selected these arch supports to wear with my soft-soled shoes and they are incredibly uncomfortable. It just feels like there is a lump in my shoe, even though I have tried adjusting the location of the gel arch. The arch is not tapered; it just goes from flat to a big lump. In addition, the band slides down on my foot. I was not able to get a tight fit with the hook and loop straps. Guess I'll just stick with the elastic compression bands from a different company that I've been using.
