Due to me having to wake up early for work and drive the majority of my day, caffeine is a necessity. Givens that I drive so much I can drink coffee due to it messing up my stomach, with that being said this has been a great substitute It takes roughly 40 minutes to start taking effect and in about an hour full effect. I can honestly say it gives me a bit more energy than a cup of coffee would. The taste starts off very nice and minty, gets a bit bitter after a few minutes (which is expected with caffeine), but then returns back to a sweet taste afterwards Overall a very much so suggest this product

It works as advertised. I recommend chewing it in the morning and after a minute, spit it out. The gum tasted gross and become hard to chew afterwards. The effect of the caffeine works right a way and it can last up to 6 hours or more.

Out of the two flavors I’ve tried, I prefer this one over spearmint. This one has less bad flavored pieces imo

This gum comes in a easy-to-travel container so it’s perfect for school or work. This gum also isn’t hard to chew and starts off with a slight hint of mint, but after a bit it becomes bitter (which you are supposed to spit out when it gets bitter) so it doesn’t taste the best at that point. The gum does give a good spurt of energy which i honestly didnt expect because I didn’t chew it for long. There is 25 pieces in one container and each piece is 5 calories with 125mg of caffeine. There is artificial colors and flavors so if you are trying to steer clear of those things then this product isn’t for you, This product also contains sugar. Overall the quality is great.

Allows for caffeine without the liquid fill up which requires more pit stops for bathroom breaks.
