Excellent product for making keto/low carb "bread". Made cloud bread and regular loaf bread with this product. All baked wonderfully. So versitile. I'm going to make keto meringue cookies with this too.

Does not work stays runny when whipped

I was skeptical that it would fluff up like raw egg whites, but it fluffed up SOOO much faster! The taste is very, very close to fresh egg whites--most people probably couldn't detect a difference. In fact, I'm not sure I could if I did a blind taste test. I also tested it in a protein shake, and it's a much better tasting shake than any other protein I've tried. This will be a permanent shelf item in my pantry from now on!

Good, no very good stuff! Highest quality. I do prefer the Judee's brand as everything I've used of theirs has been very high quality goodness.
