The Porsche 991 Carrera GTS 3.8L DFI ECU Flash with VR Tuned will dramatically change the way the vehicle drives. With our Stage 1 calibration, we can change the way the cars torque comes on, give you stronger mid-range pull, and even improve the top end all the way to redline. The powerband will come on sooner and the throttle pedal will feel more responsive. When you get a VR Tuned ECU upgrade for your Porsche 991 Carrera GTS 3.8L, you get a full remap throughout the entire power curve! The peak gains are not as important as the driveability through the gears. This is one mod you will want to change your 991 Carrera GTS. We have powered vehicles of all types. All ECU tunes can be reverted back to stock if necessary. There are no marks or info saved that a Porsche PIWIS tool can view for warranty purposes. With the VR Tuned ECU Flash, basic bolt-on performance parts will not require a retune of your ECU. Adding parts such as an exhaust, intake, plenum, pulley, will all adjust with the tune. If you add higher octane fuel, the ECU will adjust accordingly. We can tune cars worldwide including JDM, EU, Australian, and USA cars for different types of octane or environments. Other custom enhancements are available if requested and applicable. We test and dyno tune on our own cars to make sure what you get is safe, reliable, and gives you the results you want! How to Flash Your ECU? Use the DimSport handheld device (+$250). You can flash between these at anytime. Bring your vehicle to our facility where we can use our Master Cable to flash your vehicle. The VR Tuned flash for the Siemens SDI9 ECU is only available via OBDII port flash with our tuning tools. If you do have concerns about warranty, you can contact us or talk to your local Porsche dealer.
