Beetles Fall Glitter Gel Nail Polish Set Reflective Sparkle Gel Polish

I am a fan of these polishes. I was actually in a store shopping for new OPI colors and the sales rep asked me if I had ever tried this brand and told me to look for them online so I did. I am glad I did. These are a fraction of the cost and almost as good in my opinion. The glitter colors I got are gorgeous. They have so much glitter in them they actually end up looking velvety if that makes sense. I adore the colors. My only issue and it is a small one is that this polish is very thick so you have to be easy handed when applying so you don't end up with too much or lumps. As long as you are careful that is not really an issue though. Overall I am super please and will be buying more colors.

Diamond glitter for sure, I only had to use 1 coat for coverage, 2 coats for total color "trueness". High sparkle and shine, these polishes are ready for a night on the town! Easy to use and no stickiness, if you want to make it easier, lay down a coat of matching color first - then just top with 1 coat of the glitter. If you have ever bought a Beetles sampler before, you will be familiar with their smaller size bottles. You still get a lot of life out of them!

I’m obsessed with these! So far I used the pink color. It was a bit thick and goopy when I applied it but it could have been due to my house being cold (it was snowing outside). I made it work anyway and smoothed it out. Now, the shimmer! Oh, the glorious shimmer! It’s as reflective as my running gear when light hits it in a certain direction. It’s so beautiful! It changes from subtle to intense depending on the light. Most times I can’t stop staring at my nails!

I ordered these a while back & just got around to trying them. That being said one of the 6 shades, the black one, is super thick. I also noticed the colors are a tiny bit off from the pictures shown but pretty close. Not a big deal for me but thought I'd mention. Other than that, these gels are so pretty! The reflection when the light hits is so memorizing. They cured perfectly, & they do not have a sticky layer on top. The bottles are small, in my opinion. You will need at least 2 layers for actual application but these swatches are just 1 layer.

I have been doing my own nails for quite a while and have not had an issue this painful, and a manicure go bad like this ever. I painted my nails and the polish was beautiful (the only good thing I can say), it was very thick and clumpy coming out of the bottle, I had to spend a lot of micromanage time on the large amount of clumps. I decided to keep moving on despite the pain it is to apply because at this point I am in too deep. I now get to curing and the drying time was double what it is for other gel polish I have used. By the time I went to bed 7ish hours later my right index finger was beginning to throb, and then my left thumb. I thought I was pressure from the way I was laying down and eventually was able to get about two hours of sleep due to the constant throbbing. The next day every finger hurt, I tried to go about my day and while trying to make coffee I almost broke my cup because the pain from gripping was so intense it felt like I was being stabbed directly in my fingers. I removed the polish less than 24 hours later and my fingers were swollen and agitated at the smallest touch. It is not worth the money in any way! Your nail health is not a joke!

This collection is beautiful!! I love the sparkle for that red color and how it can be subtle but also so magical. It’s been a week since I did my nails and it’s still going strong! Can’t wait to explore the other colors but they are extremely thick so it don’t know how it’s going to turn out, might have to use a nail art brush. I would say that this collection is not for a beginner because of the thickness of the gel polish. It can be a bit tricky to use but so worth it!

I am obsessed with this gel polish set! I’m quite new to using gel polish, and found this very easy to apply evenly and cured quickly. The deeper pink colour is stunning & the sparkle is so rich and intense. The difference in different lights (photos taken at same time with and without flash) is just beautiful. HIGHLY recommended

Loved the colours and it was easy to use if you have your own light lamp. Pretty long lasting. About 4 weeks.

I’ve been doing my own gel and acrylic nails for years. I stopped using acrylic about a year ago and just use gel polish as a strong polish. I’ve used other brands and really loved them and was excited to find this pack of 6 beautiful colors. I used the black colour, did all the steps like in normally do. I was quite happy with the look of the polish and the strobe effect, though a different brand I purchased seemed to strobe a lot better and wasn’t such a thick consistency. It was almost hard to apply with the brush. I was running low on time so I did my right hand the night before and then planned to do my left hand in the morning. While getting ready for bed I thought my nails felt quite sore but ignored it and went to bed. Throughout the night I couldn’t sleep, my fingers on my right hand were absolutely throbbing with pain. By about 4 am I woke up and gently filed the polish off which provided immediate relief to the throbbing but my nails were so insanely sore and sensitive for days following. I also noticed once the polish was off that my nail beds were severely bruised, they were purple, black and yellow. there’s actual blood under the nail that has appeared more and more as it grows out and I’m able to file the old nail back. The polish appeared to be lifting my nail up because the white parts of my nail go back way to far and in an uneven way compared to the other hand which wasn’t done. My nails are absolutely destroyed and I’ve had to wear them bare and exposed, sensitive and struggling to do basic things like the dishes or change my toddler. Cold water and hot water are excruciating. I’m praying as the nail grows out the bed heals and they grow even again. I can’t see this being any kind of allergic reaction because the cuticle and edges of my nails were perfectly fine and those parts come in direct contact with the polish. Instead my best guess is that the polish warped on my nail somehow and it was ripping my natural nail up. I’ve never had this happen before, I’ve used expensive brands, cheap brands, mix and matched products and this is a first. Apparently I’m beyond the time to refund or anything so I guess the best thing I can do is warn others and hope that the manufacturer sees this and reaches out.
