STUK builder’s PVC DPM tape is a self-adhesive tape designed and manufactured for two main applications – firstly, to act as an all-encompassing repair tape for the building and construction site user, and secondly to act as a vapour and moisture barrier seal when working with sheets of damp proof membrane. As a builder’s repair tape, often the requirement is to be waterproof (it is), and to adhere well to Polythene (which it does). this allows it to repair Polythene sheeting used for protecting items from weather, such as glazing sheets and tarpaulins. Available in 50mm and 75mm widths, this tape has a tough do-it-all approach to all manner of tasks around the building and construction site. When it comes to sealing sheets of damp proof membrane, this really is the only tape you need. It works perfectly as a vapour/moisture barrier tape, stopping the rise of moisture through gaps in the DPM sheets. 75mm width is the best fit for this application. STUK builder’s PVC DPM tape is available in two colours, Black and White.
