I tried this on the little piece of glass they send with it and couldn't break it but my husband was able to break it so I'm all set if he's with me. The weight is good not heavy and the seat belt cutter is great it does what it's supposed to do so all in all good useful tool to keep in your vehicle.

The media could not be loaded.  Watch the video. The glass breaking works pretty well. The first 2 broke easily and the 3rd took a couple tries, but I think I slipped.To test the blade, I tried cutting cardboard about the size of a seat belt. It started to cut it, but wouldn't keep slicing all the way across the "seat belt". It may or may not work, but either way, you are probably better off just keeping scissors in the console storage.

It's small and handy safety tool for emergency use in the car. Breaks side and rear window of the car in a split of a second - just press against the window and it's done. Very sharp seat belt cutter, well protected and safe. Small - will fit in the armrest or could be attached to a car keys.

Don't like that it can't cut a seat belt.

You don't have to swing it like a hammer but you do have to know how to use it. Luckily, they provide 3 pieces of glass in the package for you to test it out on. Definitely do this!!! You want to know that this works before you ever have to use it.The seatbelt cutter I'm a little more iffy on. But it's good to have nonetheless.$$) This 3-pack for $23 plus glass test pieces. I think that's a good price and a very good thing to have in your car with you, just in case.This item earned a B for Exceeding Expectations

This thing is great! It's light, compact, and it works. I can say that confidently because they even include a small piece of glass to test it on. They get major points for that because I feel like anytime you get something like this you want to try it out, but it's not like I'm going to go break one of my car windows just to make sure it works.The one thing I will note is that when you test this on the included glass, put it in a cardboard box or something first. It pretty much explodes when you break it and I ended up with glass all over my workshop. Not a big problem, but I wouldn't recommend trying this in your living room.

This does not work as intended. I tried it out at a junkyard. It was a waste of money to purchase this.
