They have a nice chewy/bouncy texture. Package said to boil 5-10 minutes, I boiled for just under 5 and they were already done, so definitely check as you go to avoid overlooking. Will buy again

I liked the Fly by Jing noodle packs but figured i could make them on my own since I was customizing them a lot anyway. These are the right noodles and they were soooooo good! They have a nice chewy/bouncy texture. Package said to boil 5-10 minutes, I boiled for just under 5 and they were already done, so definitely check as you go to avoid overlooking. Will buy again
